All beef is stored at −18 °C and shipped frozen: primal cuts, tongue and cheeks vacuum-packed, liver in a carton box or vacuum-packed, trimmings and raw materials for processing in carton boxes. By Nova Poshta we ship batches from one carton box; larger volumes by agreement. You can also pick up from our warehouse in Mykolaiv during working hours.

On receipt, check that the packaging is intact and the producer's labelling is in place, weigh the batch and move it straight into the freezer. Documents come with every batch; legal entities receive the full set. Thaw cuts in the fridge, not at room temperature: the meat keeps its juices and holds its texture.
