What usually goes wrong
Half-carcasses instead of cuts
The customer wants a steak for dinner and tongue for a celebration, not a quarter of a cow. Breaking a carcass down in the shop means waste, time and uneven pieces on the counter.
Small volumes are “not worth it”
Large wholesalers often count from a pallet, while a shop needs a few boxes of ribeye a week. For us 5 kg of ribeye or striploin is a normal order, not an exception.
Documents and the shelf label
Without paperwork for the batch the product cannot go on display, and without product data you cannot print a label. We provide documents with every batch, and the data for the label is usually on the producer's packaging marking.

- Delivery
- Nova Poshta across Ukraine, orders from a single box. Pickup from our warehouse in Mykolaiv, 2 Omelianovycha-Pavlenka St., Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00.
- Payment
- 100% prepayment to our account. The price per kilogram is locked in when you order — your invoice shows the same figure. Only the total changes, after we weigh the batch. Cash on delivery by agreement, and regular customers can arrange deferred payment.
- Documents
- A full set of documents for legal entities; documents with every batch. AGRO-VECTOR LTD is certified to DSTU ISO 22000:2019.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for a shop?
Ribeye, striploin and tenderloin from 5 kg per item; depending on the cut that is one or several vacuum-packed pieces. Tongue and eye of round from 10 kg, and eye of round is currently on back-order. Several items can go into one order, and we ship with Nova Poshta from a single box.
What about the shelf label?
The consumer label for the counter is normally produced by the shop, as with any other weighed product. The source data for it — the name of the cut, the producer, country of origin, production date and shelf life — is usually on the producer's packaging marking, and we provide documents for the batch with every shipment. If something is missing, ask your manager and we will help.
How should it be stored, and for how long?
All beef is frozen and should be kept at −18 °C, in a freezer room or display. Cuts and tongue are vacuum-packed: the vacuum protects the surface from drying out, so they look tidy on the counter. The shelf life is set by the producer — see the packaging marking. Thaw in the fridge and never refreeze: the general rule for any frozen beef.
