The numbers in the name are the composition: 70/30, 90/10

Beef trimmings 70/30, lean trim 90/10 and industrial beef are raw materials for mince, sausages, burgers and semi-finished products. The numbers in the name are the lean-to-fat ratio: 70/30 gives juiciness to burgers and cooked sausages, while 90/10 is a lean base that is blended to reach the required composition.

All raw materials are direct container import from Brazil, frozen at −18 °C, in carton boxes. We import ourselves and control the cold chain, documents come with every batch, and the company is certified to DSTU ISO 22000:2019.

The minimum order is 50 kg for trimmings and lean trim, and 100 kg for industrial beef. Tell us how much you need and how often, and we will send you a quote.

Which documents come with a batch?

Documents come with every batch. The company is certified to DSTU ISO 22000:2019, and the import is direct, with no intermediaries.
